AV Edge Legend Wellness Wristband

We were told about this amazing product and had to give it a go. Delivery was amazing, style and comfort is brilliant. We was unsure what to expect improvement wise but have noticed so many changes and improvement in life style. Our sleep has improved from literally a few hours each night to sleeping all the way through, that was immediate. I work on a boat and it has definitely helped with my balance while at work and always moving. My wife, who is going through hrt has noticed massive differences to her health and mind set since wearing the bands, which we havent taken off since starting. They are easy to wear and even look like a bracelet/bangle. 100% we would definitely recommend these and the seller alike to improve health and well being. A small price to pay massive improvements.

I’ve been really impressed with the AV Edge bracelet. I’ve noticed a difference in my performance, particularly during Pilates and spin. In Pilates, it helps me push through the “shakes” and hold movements for longer, which has made my workouts feel more productive. In spin class, I’ve also noticed that I’m able to push myself harder and see a higher calorie burn.

One thing I would mention is that there is a bit of an adjustment period. For the first day or so, my sleep was slightly affected while my body was getting used to it. After that initial adjustment, though, I’ve been sleeping more deeply and am very happy with it.

I have been wearing my wristband for a few months and have noticed a huge difference in my sleep. I finally sleep through the night and wake up feeling rested. It also helps me recover quickly from physically hard jobs around the farm. Things that would normally cause me to be out of commission for days now only last until I get a nights rest. I also have a set for my horse, which really helps her to focus and be more calm in scary new situations. I highly recommend for both people and horses!

I've been wearing this wristband for about 3 months. It has made a huge difference in the quality of my sleep. I would wake in the night and be wide awake for nearly 2 hours. Since wearing this band, I am back to sleep in under 10 minutes. Life-changing!!

I really wanted to try the Advanced in Cranberry, but no one responded to my email query as to if it would be available soon in my (S) size. Size available was too large for me. Perhaps next year!

I generally feel good, with very minor issues. After wearing the AV Edge for most of the past four months. I believe that the effects are subtle but real; deeper sleep and a reduction of stiffness in my hip. I took the band off for a week and my hip was suddenly stiff again. About two weeks after wearing it again (along with my regular stretching) the stiffness improved.
I recently purchased a couple for family.

I wad dubious that this was a "snake oil" product with lofty claims. From the moment I put the band on and had tingling in my arm, I knew it was definately doing something.
I get better sleep, better recovery and in a job that has me travelling across 3 timezones and on my feet all day, every day, I have more staying power than anyone around me. It seems like a boost to your ATP is much more important than I ever imagined.
I recommend this bsnd to anyone who will listen to me.

I have been a user of AV Edge for around 6 months, and haven’t taken my band off since the day I got it. When I first put on the band, I immediately noticed that my balance was better and I felt like my hand/eye and foot/eye coordination improved. However, I was skeptical that any device could have any such effects on me so quickly and for the first 24 hours chalked this up to be a placebo effect and trick of my mind.

During this first 24 hours of wearing the band I did an intense, high volume, hypertrophy chest workout consisting of multiple sets to failure across several chest exercises. I felt great whilst working out, better than usual when not wearing the band, but again put this down to being a placebo. The night following the workout I had poor quality, interrupted sleep (sleeping for around 4 hours). This is normal for me and, paired with being in high stress environments frequently, tanks my body’s natural ability to recover. I am used to waking up sore, aching, and needing multiple cups of coffee to get going after a day like that.

The morning following this first workout and night’s sleep wearing the AV band is what really sold me on this technology and the band’s ability to help us in our daily lives. I woke up with NO soreness anywhere in my body. I got down on the floor and did push ups to try and induce some feeling of discomfort in my chest and I couldn’t. I was also more alert and admittedly in a better mood than I would normally have been after a poor nights sleep. This was not a one off, and I have had the same effects every morning since.

With hundreds of workouts (strength, high volume resistance, cardio, HIIT) and nights of sleep logged whilst wearing the band, I can honestly say it has been the single greatest contributor to my overall wellbeing over the past six months. The improvements in recovery and sleep quality alone have made an incredible difference.

I would, and I do, recommend the AV Edge band to anyone who will listen. My quality of life is genuinely better as a result of wearing it.

I've been wearing my band now for two weeks. There were no flashing lights, tingling - nothing out of the ordinary. However what I have noticed is that my sleep pattern has improved and I have noticed a slight improvement with pain. I have arthritis in my neck and I'm not in as much discomfort since wearing the band.
I'm looking forward to more improvement in due course.
