Application: Roll on & off your wrist to avoid snapping.
Schedule: We recommend wearing the wristband all day & night (24/7), even when swimming & showering etc.
Preference: Try left wrist for 2 weeks, then right wrist for 2 weeks. Results aren't guaranteed.
Experience: Try the Balance test to see if you notice an instant improvement; general wellbeing support may take at least 4 weeks.
Replace: Approx. every 12-months (6 to 9 months for some).

A: Children have worn AV Edge wristbands with great success. The smallest size currently available is the AV Edge Legend White/Black in a 6" band size for 5.5” wrists. Please keep in mind that younger children will often play with and break the wristband, and our 6-month manufacturer warranty does not cover this type of damage.
